Concord-Carlisle Boys Soccer
Ray Pavlik is in his 22nd season as coach of the Concord-Carlisle Men's Soccer Team (2002 - Present). He was a 1992 graduate of Concord-Carlisle High School and captain of the 1991 team. He is a Director of Target Soccer Academy.
Four year starter at Bates College from 1992-1995
Served as assistant coach of Concord-Carlisle for six seasons under Jack Murray (1997-2001).

Steve Wells, aka "Wellsey", aka. "Zino" is in his 21st season as varsity goalie coach.. He is a 1999 graduate of CCHS and played on the 1999 team that went to the State Finals.
Steve played four years of collegiate soccer at Connecticut College.
Steve has been a member of the Special Education Department at CCHS since 2009.
Coach Parato joins the CCHS staff after being the head coach at Chelmsford High School. In his six years as coach, the team won 3 Merrimack Valley Conference championships, including their first in over 10 years. Coach Parato also won the MVC coach of the year award. He is a graduate of Westford Academy where he won the state championship in his junior year. He played collegiately in his freshman year at Division 1 University of Delaware before injury shortened his career.
Coach Parato teaches math at CCHS and works with several local soccer programs including Target Soccer Academy and East Coast Soccer.
Charlie Livingstone is in his 3rd year at the CCHS soccer program and 2nd as head coach of the junior varsity squad. He played 4 years of collegiate soccer at Wesleyan University and was a 3-year starter. Charlie also helps coach the New England Revolution Amputee Soccer team and has previously coached at New York Soccer Club.
Charlie currently teaches 7th grade history at Ottoson Middle School in Arlington.
